About Founder

Lilian is a multifaceted leader and a seasoned finance and investment professional with 25 years of expertise in Nigeria’s capital markets and a credible track record of driving growth across organizations in various business life cycles.
Her professional experience includes co-founding and running an Equities trading firm which was subsequently acquired by a Global financial services Group, where she continued as its CEO until January 2025.
Alongside her professional accomplishments, she is deeply committed to civic responsibility and has been a strong advocate and supporter through her different initiatives, of social enterprises, SMEs and the creative economy, recognizing their pivotal role as the engine of a strong economy.
As the founder and CEO, her vision is to contribute to the growth of the African creative arts industry with the strength of her corporate background and creative passions.
She is the co-founder of Drug Aid Africa Initiative and alongside sitting on various corporate boards, including the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), she has also been a board room judge of the entrepreneurship reality show, the NEXT TITAN Nigeria for the past 8 seasons.
